Profile - In addition to representing Ironworker Employers in collective bargaining issues, we strive to improve the state of workers' compensation insurance; pension, health and welfare administration; apprenticeship training and journeyman upgrading programs; and maintain positive, open lines of communication between employers and the unions representing their employees.
